Apparatus PPK is intended for testing of presence or absence of voltage in repairing cable 10 kV or 35 kV by its puncture along diameter with shorting between cores of all phases and to the ground.

Special kardan knot ensures operation on the safe distance from operator (from the parapet of trench).
Apparatus includes:
• Insulating rod from section electrically insulated fiberglass plastic with kardan knot;
• Operating part with cutting element;
• Grounding device.
Besides the complete set of supply includes protective screen manufactured as rigid construction from fireproof materials.
